Come and join one of Transition Marlborough's Groups and help us with the wide range of Projects that we are developing.
The Energy Group has focused upon the supply and direct use of Energy forming a local Community Energy Company deploying renewable technologies
The Food Group is initiating and supporting projects that will maintain a sustainable local network to improve food security.
The Transport Group is working on a range of projects for more sustainable low carbon transport.
The Recycling Group is looking at 5 R's: Re-use, Repair, Re-think, Re-educate as well as Recycle.
The Climate Group encourages individuals to make their own contribution to improvements in the environment and our energy usage.
Permaculture is one of the principal foundations of the Transition concept.

Is your garden bee-friendly?

We are aiming to map all the bee-friendly gardens in Marlborough in an effort to increase the numbers of bumble bees, solitary bees and other important pollinators. We also want to work with our friends in Pewsey to create a wide corridor of wild flower gardens, hedgerows and meadows between our 2 towns that can provide forage for honey bees.
